1. INTRODUCTION. This Privacy Policy clarifies how N2XO, Inc. ("N2XO", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects Personal Information you provide during the use of our services, including communications via email, instant messaging platforms or other digital tools. N2XO is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable United States federal and Montana state laws. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to help ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Information.

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT. To provide financial services and meet federal regulatory requirements, we may collect identity data such as full name, date of birth and copies of government-issued photo ID; contact data such as email address, telephone number and Messenger/Telegram/WhatsApp IDs; residential data such as proof of address; financial data such as wallet addresses, source of funds documentation and transaction history; due diligence data such as employment details and information required for KYC and AML compliance; and technical data such as IP addresses or metadata derived from our digital communications.
4. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR INFORMATION. We collect information directly from you through our encrypted communication channels. We use this information to verify identity for FinCEN and MSB compliance, execute the exchange or transmission services you request, monitor for suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, and respond to your enquiries or provide transaction updates. If you refuse to provide information required for our KYC and AML protocols, we may be unable to provide services to you.
5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION. We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only with federal and state authorities, including FinCEN, law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law or subpoena; with service providers such as identity verification services and transaction monitoring tools; and with professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers or insurers where necessary for our business operations.
6. DATA RETENTION (US STANDARDS). As a registered MSB, N2XO is subject to record-keeping requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act. We generally retain Personal Information and transaction records for a minimum of five years after the end of the business relationship or the date of a specific transaction. Some data may be held longer if required by ongoing legal proceedings or specific state statutes.
7. YOUR RIGHTS. Depending on your residency, you may have certain rights regarding your data. While Montana and United States federal law govern our core operations, we strive to provide users with the ability to request access to the personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, noting that withdrawal may result in the immediate termination of services.
